OUR METHODOLOGY
Our mission always starts with an assessment of the situation in order to establish the strengths and weaknesses. Then, in collaboration with the management, we set up an action plan. This plan includes the objectives to be reached and the deadlines to be respected.
At mid-term, objectives are reassessed and, if necessary, redefined. At the end of the mission, a new assessment is made to compare the evolution of the situation from the beginning to the end. An objective evaluation of the overall performance is provided by the management.
